To ask the question Estoy guapo/guapa? you say

How do I look?  Do I look OK? Do I look good?

and to answer you say

You look....followed by the word you want to use. There are many words for girls and only a few for boys!

for girls
good, great, beautiful, gorgeous, fantastic, amazing, stunning, incredible, perfect, ugly

for boys
good, great, handsome, ugly
